Nice. That’s about as great to good as a broad definition should go. This definition opens the realm of personal responsibility for the marketer, even though they might wish responsibility to remain with the company. Marketers cannot simply be doing the job to pay the mortgage as their task is the maintainence of a relationship, a responsibility.
